Welcome to TuneCraft!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TuneCraft website at https://tunecraft.ai and the services offered on it (together, the "Service"). These Terms are an agreement between you and ZHU SHENSHEN, an individual based in Singapore, who operates TuneCraft ("TuneCraft", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TuneCraft.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use TuneCraft.
  • You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
  • One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to get more free songs is not allowed.

Early access

TuneCraft is in early access. Creating songs is currently available only to a limited group of users, and we may change who can create songs at any time. If you are not yet eligible, you can join our waitlist.

Free daily allowance

  • Each eligible account can make 2 creations per day for free. Each creation makes two songs ("takes").
  • Your allowance resets every day at 00:00 UTC. Unused songs do not carry over.
  • If a song fails to generate, it does not count toward your allowance.
  • We may change the allowance, or pause song creation (for example during high demand), at any time.

How TuneCraft works

TuneCraft creates music, lyrics and cover art from the description you write, using AI models, including models provided by third-party AI providers. Your description and the styles you choose are sent to these providers to create your song. Results are generated automatically. They may be imperfect or unexpected, and they may resemble other works.

Storage and deletion of your songs

  • Audio files and cover art are deleted from TuneCraft 3 days after a song is created. After that, the song can no longer be played or downloaded.
  • The song's title, your description and the lyrics stay in your library until you delete your account.
  • Please download any song you want to keep before it is deleted. We are not responsible for songs deleted under this policy.

Your content and our license

Your input. You keep any rights you have in the descriptions and other text you submit ("Input"). You grant TuneCraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Input to operate and improve the Service, including sending it to our AI providers.

Generated content. Music, lyrics and cover art created through TuneCraft ("Output") are owned by TuneCraft and/or its licensors, to the extent such rights exist. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use your Output for personal, non-commercial purposes, including to:

  • download it and listen to it;
  • share it, or a link to it, on your personal social media and in messages;
  • use it in personal, non-commercial videos and projects.

We appreciate a credit to TuneCraft when you share your songs.

You may not:

  • sell, license or otherwise use Output for commercial purposes, including in monetized videos or streams, in advertising, or by distributing it to music streaming services;
  • register Output with a copyright office, a content identification system or a performing rights organization, or present it as entirely your own human-made work;
  • use Output to train or improve other AI models.

Commercial-use rights are not available during early access. We may offer them later through paid plans.

AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar Output may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any Output is unique or free of third-party claims.

Share pages

Every song has a share link. Anyone with the link can open the song's page while the song is available and see its title, your description, the lyrics, the cover art, your display name and the date it was created. Share pages are not listed in search engines. Do not include personal or sensitive information in your descriptions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TuneCraft to:

  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, for example by submitting copyrighted lyrics, or by asking for songs that reproduce existing songs or imitate a specific real artist's voice;
  • create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, that involves minors in any sexual way, or that promotes violence;
  • impersonate any person, or mislead others about who or what created a song;
  • create multiple accounts, automate requests, or otherwise get around usage limits or eligibility rules;
  • interfere with the Service or try to gain unauthorized access to it.

We may refuse a request, remove a song or its share page, or suspend or end an account that breaks these rules.

Reporting content

If you believe a song on TuneCraft infringes your rights or breaks these Terms, email [email protected] with the song's link and the reason. We review every report and may remove content.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to run TuneCraft: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to remember how you found us. We do not use advertising cookies. Our Privacy Policy lists every cookie we use.

Linking to TuneCraft

You may link to our website as long as the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval by TuneCraft, and fits the context of the linking site. You may not use the TuneCraft logo or other artwork without our written permission.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our pages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

Content liability

We are not responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your website.

Availability of the Service

We do not promise that the Service will always be available or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate or up to date. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time.

Ending your use

You can stop using TuneCraft at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. The sections on your content and our license, the disclaimer and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to TuneCraft and the use of the Service. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability in this section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the Service is provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using TuneCraft after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
